2008 is a very special year for China and the Chinese people. As you probably know the Olympic Games will be held in Beijing!  As the host city, you’d better believe that we’re going to be ready for it!  Here’s a list of some useful sentences that you can use relating to the Games, please try to read out the following:

Jīnwǎn de zúqiúsài shì zhōng hán duìkàngsài. 今晚      的  足球赛   是    中      韩     对抗赛。 There will be a football match between China and South Korea tonight．   Zhèchǎng pīngpāngqiú bǐsài shì nánzǐ dāndǎ juésài. 这场           乒乓球           比赛  是 男子  单打  决赛。 This is the Men’s final pingpong player game．   Tā yǐ 3 bǐ 0 huòshèng. 她 以3比0 获胜。 She has won by a score of 3 to 0．   Wǒ shì zhōngguóduì de qiúmí. 我   是   中国队       的  球迷。 I'm a Chinese—supporter．   Zhōngguóduì jiāyóu! 中国队            加油！ Come on, Go! China!   Tā yǐjīng gòumǎi le àoyùnhuì de ménpiào. 他 已经   够买 了  奥运会  的  门票。 He has bought the Olympic ticket.   Zhèchǎng bǐsài dǎ de zhēnshì tài piàoliang le! 这场          比赛  打 得 真是   太  漂亮      了！ They win a wonderful game!
